I offer personal training services in Easton In Gordano (near Pill), and also run classes at CrossFit BS7 in Bishopston, Bristol and Ministry of Fitness in Kingswood, Bristol.

I have a kitted out personal gym where it can just be you. Doors closed, music on and you working on improving yourself. No one watching, no mirrors no distractions.
You’ll be absolutely amazed how far you can progress in just a few hours over a very short space of time. The real key is making it last forever.
